My Diet

For my diet, I use a slightly modified Paleo diet. Paleo is short for Paleolithic (another word for “caveman times”). In general, the Paleo diet focuses on high protein, very low sugar, low carb, and certain fruits and veggies. It is the kind of diet that you can maintain without feeling like you’re giving up “living,” and you’ll feel so much better. After lots of research, I settled on the Paleo diet from Paleohacks – their products are great! See below for more information.
